Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

info@notenparadijs.com ) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will have paid you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this reimbursement. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of this

You have returned the goods to us or to Golden Nuts, Nieuwe Binnenweg 274A 3021GR  Rotterdam ,  goldennuts2023@gmail.com  to return  or hand over. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This applies in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation in the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract towards you in relation to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, use your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal.
