The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent in nature. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude an agreement for these items. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your data at any time before sending your binding order, using the correction tools that are made available and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Terms of Delivery
Shipping costs are added to the listed product prices. More information about the amount of the shipping costs can be found in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Picking up the product yourself is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:
Pay in advance
If you select the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
Credit card
When you place your order, enter your credit card information. After you have been authenticated as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically executed and the amount is debited from your card.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the store, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is executed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive more information during the ordering process.
Sofort by Klarna
After placing the order you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have activated a bank account for online banking, identify yourself for it and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately afterwards by Sofort and debited from your account.
Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and payment must be made to Klarna in any case. Financing through Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you an installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna installment purchase is only available to consumers and payment must be made to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but a minimum of € 6.95). 6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Damage during transport
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact does not affect your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Warranties
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory right to liability for defects applies.
The following applies to used goods: If the defect occurs more than one year after delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year after delivery of the goods can be submitted within the statutory limitation period of two years after delivery of the goods.
